Animation Component
Animation
Animation is a standard .GIF animation as can be seen on many web sites. Any editor that supports GIF animation may be used to generate custom animations. Click the Select button to upload and/or choose a GIF animation.
Animate when...
This option specifies when the GIF file should animate. When not animating, it will display the first image in the animation.
The choices are:
Minimum
The minimum point value used in controlling animations. See "Animate when..." above.
Maximum
The maximum point value used in controlling animations. See "Animate when..." above.
Stretch to Fit
If selected, this option allows the animation to be stretched or shrunk. If not selected, the animation will always be displayed at its default size.
Maintain Aspect Ratio
If selected, this option keeps the width to height ratio the same as it is stretched. If not selected, the animation can be distorted as it is stretched.
Smoothing
This option will smooth a stretched animation so it appears less jagged. It does hurt performance, so it should not be used with a large number of animations, or with very big animations.
